FPC Sues New Jersey To Restore Right-To-Carry Guns in Public for Self-Defense

TRENTON, NJ (August 12, 2021) — Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) and its FPC Law team announced the filing of a new federal Second Amendment lawsuit, Francisco v. Cooke, challenging New Jersey’s unconstitutional restrictions and local practices that prevent residents from exercising their right to carry loaded handguns in public for self-defense.
